3.5x150mm Mounted Head Nylon Cable Ties are designed to combine cable bundling and screw mounting in one compact fastening solution. Made from UL Nylon 66, these mounted head Cable Ties feature an integrated mounting head with a pre-drilled screw hole, allowing bundled wires to be secured directly to panels, plates, chassis, or other fixed surfaces. The 3.5 mm wide cable tie provides 40 LBS (18 kg) tensile strength, while the Nylon 66 material offers good mechanical strength, electrical insulation, heat resistance, and resistance to aging. The standard operating temperature range is -35°C to 85°C.
With a 150 mm length and approximately 32 mm maximum bundle diameter, these 3.5mm nylon Cable Ties are suitable for organizing and fixing small to medium wire bundles in electrical equipment, control cabinets, machinery, automotive wiring, and general cable management applications. The integrated mounting head eliminates the need for a separate cable tie mounting base, helping simplify installation and maintain a neat cable routing structure. Natural/white is the standard color, while UV black and other colors are available upon request.
