9.0x1000mm heavy duty nylon Cable Ties are designed for securing large cable bundles and components that require a longer strap and higher tensile strength than standard nylon zip ties. With a 1000 mm length and 9.0 mm width, this size provides extended wrapping capacity for large-diameter bundles, while the self-locking head enables straightforward installation.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these heavy duty Cable Ties provide a tensile strength of 175 lbs and accommodate bundle diameters from 10 mm to 300 mm. The material offers good mechanical strength, electrical insulation, heat resistance, aging resistance, and weather resistance, making the ties suitable for demanding installation environments. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available upon request.

The 9.0x1000mm size is suitable for large cable harnesses, power and electrical installations, industrial equipment, machinery, marine applications, construction projects, and other installations where extended cable tie length and higher load capacity are required. MZ or OEM packaging and color options can be supplied for distributor and project requirements.
