Mounted Head Nylon Cable Ties are cable fastening solutions designed to bundle wires while providing an integrated mounting point for panel and rack installation. Made from UL Nylon 66, these Cable Ties combine cable bundling with fixed mounting in a single component, helping keep wire assemblies organized and positioned without requiring a separate cable tie mounting base. The mountable head design is suitable for electrical and equipment assembly where secure cable routing is required.
The series is available in 3.5mm and 4.8mm widths, with 150mm and 200mm lengths and tensile strengths from 40 to 50 lbs. Depending on the size, the Cable Ties accommodate bundles up to 32mm or 42mm in diameter. Nylon 66 provides good mechanical strength, electrical insulation, heat resistance, and aging resistance, with an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C. White, UV black, and other customized colors are available for different OEM requirements.
