UL approved 4.8x450 Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie

4.8x450mm nylon Cable Ties are self-locking fasteners designed for securing cable groups, wiring harnesses, and equipment assemblies that require more wrapping reach than standard 200–350mm ties. The 4.8 mm strap provides a practical balance between flexibility and fastening strength, while the 450 mm length accommodates larger cable groups without moving to a wider strap. With a minimum tensile strength of 50 lbs, this size is suitable for general electrical and industrial cable management.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these 450mm nylon Cable Ties provide good electrical insulation together with resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated locking head secures the strap directly around the bundle for straightforward installation. This model supports cable bundles up to approximately 130 mm in diameter. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.

The 4.8x450mm size is suitable for electrical wiring, control cabinets, machinery, automotive harnesses, telecommunications equipment, equipment assembly, and cable routing applications where an intermediate-long fastening length is required. Natural and UV black are standard options, with other colors available for OEM and project requirements.
