UL approved 9.0x1200 mm Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie
9.0x1200mm nylon Cable Ties are extra-long, heavy-duty self-locking fasteners developed for large-scale cable bundling and oversized wire harness assemblies. The 9.0 mm wide strap provides a strong fastening profile, while the 1200 mm length gives installers substantial wrapping reach for cable groups that exceed the capacity of shorter heavy-duty ties. With a tensile strength of 175 lbs, this size is designed for applications where both high fastening strength and extended strap length are required.
Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these 1200mm nylon Cable Ties provide good mechanical strength and electrical insulation, together with resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated locking head secures the strap directly around the cable bundle without requiring a separate buckle. This model accommodates bundle diameters of approximately 10–370 mm, making it suitable for very large cable groups and extended harness configurations. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.
These long nylon Cable Ties are suitable for large industrial wiring assemblies, oversized cable harnesses, machinery, electrical equipment, control systems, telecommunications installations, and other projects requiring a 1200mm cable tie for large-diameter bundles. Natural and UV black are standard options, with other colors and OEM packaging available for project requirements.
