7.6x550 mm Nylon Cable Tie UL TSCA approved 

7.6x550mm nylon Cable Ties are extra-long self-locking fasteners developed for bundling cable groups that cannot be conveniently secured with shorter standard-length ties. The 550 mm strap provides substantial wrapping length, while the 7.6 mm width and 120 lbs tensile strength provide a strong fastening solution for large wire bundles, cable harnesses, and equipment wiring.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these long nylon Cable Ties combine mechanical strength with good electrical insulation and resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The 7.6x550mm size accommodates cable bundles from approximately 4 mm up to 165 mm in diameter, making it particularly useful when a longer tie is needed to pass around a large or widely arranged cable group. The self-locking head allows the bundle to be fastened directly without a separate buckle or fastening component.

These 550mm nylon Cable Ties are suitable for industrial cable management, electrical installations, power and communication wiring, machinery, control equipment, automotive harnesses, and other large-bundle applications. Natural and UV black are standard options, while other colors can be supplied for specific OEM or project requirements.
