3.6x250mm nylon Cable Ties are self-locking cable fasteners designed for organizing and securing medium-sized wire bundles, cable harnesses, and electrical assemblies. The 250 mm strap length provides additional wrapping reach compared with shorter standard ties, while the 3.6 mm width offers a practical balance between flexibility and fastening strength.

Made from UL Nylon 66, these Cable Ties provide 40 lbs tensile strength and accommodate bundle diameters from approximately 3 mm to 105 mm according to the selected application. The self-locking head allows quick installation without additional fastening hardware, while the nylon construction provides good electrical insulation, heat resistance, anti-aging performance, and resistance to corrosion. The operating temperature range is -35°C to 85°C.

The 3.6x250mm size is suitable for electrical wiring, cable harnesses, control cabinets, machinery, telecommunications equipment, automotive wiring, and general industrial cable management. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available, with MZ or OEM branding and packaging options for distributor and project requirements.
