4.8x250mm nylon cable ties are self-locking fasteners designed for organizing and securing wire bundles, cable harnesses, and electrical assemblies. With a 4.8 mm strap width and 250 mm length, this size provides a useful combination of fastening strength and additional wrapping reach for cable bundles that require more length than a standard 200 mm tie.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these cable ties provide 50 lbs tensile strength and accommodate bundle diameters of approximately 3–150 mm depending on the installation configuration. The integrated self-locking head enables quick fastening without additional hardware. The nylon material provides good electrical insulation, heat resistance, anti-aging performance, and resistance to corrosion, with an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C and UL 94 V-2 flammability rating.

The 4.8x250mm size is suitable for electrical wiring, control cabinets, cable harnesses, machinery, telecommunications equipment, automotive wiring, and general industrial cable management. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available, with MZ or OEM packaging options for distributors and project requirements.
