UL approved 4.8x350 Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie

4.8x350mm nylon Cable Ties are self-locking fasteners designed for organizing and securing medium-sized wire bundles, cable harnesses, and equipment wiring. The 4.8 mm strap is a widely used standard width, providing a practical balance between flexibility and fastening strength, while the 350 mm length offers additional wrapping reach for cable groups that are larger than those suited to shorter standard ties. With a minimum tensile strength of 50 lbs, this size is suitable for general-purpose cable management and electrical assembly.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these 350mm nylon Cable Ties provide good electrical insulation together with resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated locking head secures the strap directly around the cable bundle without requiring a separate buckle. The specified bundle diameter is approximately 3–40 mm to 3–150 mm depending on the installation configuration. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.

The 4.8x350mm size is suitable for electrical wiring, control cabinets, machinery, automotive harnesses, telecommunications equipment, appliance assemblies, and general industrial cable organization. Natural and UV black are standard options, with other colors available for OEM and project requirements.
