Self-locking Nylon Cable Ties

Full-size self-locking nylon Cable Ties are available in multiple strap widths and lengths for different cable bundling requirements. MZ Electronic offers standard widths from 2.5 mm to 12 mm and lengths from 80 mm to 1200 mm, covering miniature wire organization through larger cable assemblies. Depending on the selected width, tensile strength ranges from 18 lbs for 2.5 mm ties to 175 lbs for 9.0 mm ties.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these nylon Cable Ties feature an integrated locking head that holds the strap after installation without requiring a separate buckle. The material provides good electrical insulation together with resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. Standard material performance is UL 94 V-2, with an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C. Natural and UV black are standard colors, while other colors can be supplied according to project requirements.
