UL approved 7.6x400 nylon Cable Ties

7.6x400mm nylon Cable Ties are wide-strap self-locking fasteners designed for securing medium to large cable bundles, wiring harnesses, and equipment cables. The 7.6 mm strap provides a broader fastening profile than standard 4.8 mm ties, while the 400 mm length offers additional wrapping reach for larger cable groups. With a minimum tensile strength of 120 lbs, this size is suitable for applications requiring higher fastening capacity without moving to the 9.0 mm heavy-duty range.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these 400mm nylon Cable Ties provide good mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated self-locking head allows quick installation directly around the cable bundle. The specified bundle diameter range is approximately 3–50 mm to 4–165 mm depending on the installation configuration. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.

The 7.6x400mm size is suitable for industrial wiring, electrical equipment, control cabinets, machinery, automotive harnesses, telecommunications installations, and other cable management applications involving larger cable groups. Natural and UV black are standard options, with other colors available for OEM and project requirements.
