UL approved 9.0x900 mm Self-Locking Nylon Cable Tie

9.0x900mm nylon Cable Ties are extra-long self-locking fasteners designed for securing large-diameter cable bundles, wire harnesses, and industrial wiring assemblies. The 9.0 mm wide strap provides a strong fastening profile, while the 900 mm length offers extended wrapping reach for cable groups that cannot be accommodated by shorter heavy-duty Cable Ties. With a tensile strength of 175 lbs, this size is suitable for demanding cable management applications where both length and fastening strength are important.

Made from UL-approved Nylon 66, these 900mm nylon Cable Ties provide good mechanical strength and electrical insulation, along with resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated self-locking head allows the strap to be fastened directly around the cable bundle without a separate buckle. This model accommodates bundle diameters of approximately 10–265 mm, making it particularly suitable for large cable groups and extended wire harness assemblies. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.

These long nylon Cable Ties are suitable for industrial wiring, large cable harnesses, machinery, electrical equipment, control systems, telecommunications installations, and other applications requiring a 900mm cable tie with high tensile strength. Natural and UV black are standard options, while other colors and OEM packaging are available for project requirements.
