7.6x300mm nylon Cable Ties are high-strength self-locking fasteners designed for securing larger cable bundles, wiring harnesses, and industrial assemblies. The 7.6 mm wide strap provides a larger fastening profile than standard 3.6 mm and 4.8 mm Cable Ties, while the 300 mm length offers sufficient wrapping reach for medium-to-large cable groups. With a tensile strength of 120 lbs, this size is suitable for applications requiring a stronger nylon fastening solution.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these Cable Ties combine mechanical strength with good electrical insulation, heat resistance, anti-aging performance, and resistance to corrosion. The specified bundle diameter range is approximately 4–80 mm. The integrated self-locking head enables quick installation without additional fastening hardware, while the material is UL 94 V-2 rated and suitable for an operating temperature range of -35°C to 85°C.

The 7.6x300mm size is suitable for electrical installations, industrial machinery, control cabinets, power and communication wiring, cable harnesses, automotive applications, and equipment assembly where higher tensile strength and a wider strap are preferred. Natural, UV black, and other colors are available, with MZ or OEM options for packaging and branding.
