UL approved 40LBS Nylon Cable Tie

40 LBS nylon Cable Ties are self-locking cable fastening ties with a 3.6 mm strap width, designed for organized and secure bundling of wires, cables, and harnesses. This intermediate-size cable tie provides a useful balance between strap flexibility and tensile strength, making it suitable for applications that require more fastening capacity than miniature 2.5 mm ties without moving to a wider heavy-duty strap.

Manufactured from UL-approved Nylon 66, these 3.6mm nylon Cable Ties provide good electrical insulation and resistance to heat, aging, and corrosion. The integrated locking head allows the tie to be installed directly around a cable bundle without a separate buckle. The series offers lengths from 150 mm to 350 mm, with bundle capacities ranging approximately from 3–35 mm to 3–95 mm depending on the selected length. The material is UL 94 V-2 rated and operates from -35°C to 85°C.

This 40 lbs cable tie series is suitable for electrical wiring, appliance assemblies, automotive electronics, control cabinets, equipment wiring, cable harnesses, telecommunications equipment, and general cable management. Natural and UV black are standard options, while other colors and OEM packaging can be supplied according to project requirements.
